For example, the hub for a wheel (10) comprising a mechanism wherein the hub barrel (11) has an axle (21) therein, the rotational means (26) for rotating and supporting the axle (21) is made to be the buffer means (40) independently of rotation of the axle (21), the buffer means (40) rotatably engages the rotational means (26) of the hub barrel (11) by a link mechanism (30), and has a frame shaft (20) for engaging and supporting the vehicle frame (19).
