The unit includes one edge segment detector and a flashing-preventing filtering lens. The method includes the following steps: receiving progressive scanning image data; performing flashing-preventing processing to edge segments with length greater than or equal to one threshold; and converting the progressive scanning image data into interlaced scanning image data before output. |
