Zusammenfassung:The preparation process of photosynthetic bacterial preparation includes mixing photosynthetic bacteria and culture liquid to obtain mixed liquid; culture of the mixed liquid in anaerobic condition of 20-38 deg.c, 2000-6000 LX intensity of illumination and pH 6-7 for 100-140 hr; and further culture for 24-72 hr at 20-38 deg.c in the mode including anaerobic culture in natural illumiantion from 4 o'clock to 17 o'clock and opened system cutlure from 17 o'clock to next 4 o'clock to reach a live bacteria density of 5x10 to the power 9 /ml. Compared with available preparation process, the present invention has less investment in equipment, low cost, simple operation, and easy use.
