The rotation shaft is provided with a monoway device and the driving part is provided with a joint element meshes with the monoway device. The executing unit is set on the linkage of the executing unit and the transmission part of the transmission unit and the executing unit drives the transmission unit and rotates the wheel at one end of the rotation shaft.
