Said transdermal preparation is formed from upper plaster and lower plaster, they are respectively made up by using back lining layer, medicine layer, controlled-release membrane layer, adhesive layer and protection layer in turn. Said preparation overcomes the various defects of existent phentolamine preparations, its drug selectivity is high, side effect is less and application is convenient.
