Method of shortening paper board lustering, stoving and burnishing process

The method for shortening lustering, drying and calendering process of paper board can be used in conveying process for lustering paper board which is characterized by that firstly, using coating machine to apply lustering solution on paper board, then making the paper board undergo the vortex flow type hot-drying process and vortex flow type cold-drying process to make the lustering solution applied on the paper board quickly dry and firmly-cohere on the paper board, then using calender with seamless drum to calender the paper board, so that it can obtain the transparent smooth surface effect and can shorten its lustering and calendering process.
