The filling material is lightwegiht material such as straw, ryegrass, etc. The facing material is paper base material with a certain strength or non-woven fabric, etc.. Twist-combined steel wire can be used as the reinforcement that can be arranged in longitudinal or in netted shape. The invented board possesses merits of lightweight, high strength, heat preservation and zhermo-insulation. It can be used for wall body or floor board.
