Method for removing silt-deposit from bed of yellow river (suspended river)

The invention is all-new technical innovation and theoretical creative improvement in the field of river harnessing. Related to the great levee of Yellow River (a section of aboveground river) specifically, the invented method is to build one or several sluices on the levee and a section of canal for flushing out the silt and channelling water as well as providing an area for the diluvial deposit. The method uses the energy of running river water and difference of topographical elevations to flush out the silt on riverbed (in the section of aboveground river) to an appropriate place outside the great levee of Yellow River.
