Method for fixing wood die and base board for VRH method moulding

The fixing method of wooden pattern and bottom plate related to molding by VRH method in casting industry is characterized by that on the bottom plate the postioing pin hole is set and on the undersurface of wooden pattern the pin correspondent to the pin hole is fixed. The pin is hollow, in its interior an internal turnbuckle is made. When it is used for moulding, the pin can be inserted into the pin hole, a screw bolt and can screwed into the interior of pin from bottom plate downwards, so that the wooden pattern and bottom plate can be fixed, conversely, the screen bolt is screwed off, thewooden pattern can be quickly and easily replaced. It not only can prolong service life of wooden pattern, but also the working efficiency and be raised.
