Radio RF identification label device and its assembly method

The present invention provides a label device which can be identified by radio frequency and its assembly method. Said label device contains a label integrated circuit, a coil and a capacitor. Said label device can be matched with antenna, and can be packaged in any IC package form, its volume is small, so that it is easily added on to other circuit. Besides, according to the different requirements it can have capacitor or have no capacitor. Said device can identify the source of product to attain the goal of resisting counterfeit. Said device is firm, not only can resist high temp., but alsocan resist acid and alkali, after having been packaged it does not directly contact with copper piece on the wafer, so that it can reduce production of static electricity.
