By selecting and using triethylene tetraamine, pyridine and piperazine as template agent, controlling collosol concentration and regulating pH value, the beryllium phosphate molecular sieve whose topological structure is GME (12 primary rings), GIS (8 primary rings) and ABW (8 primary rings), and its monocrystal size is 50-400 micrometers can be synthesized.
