| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to the forming process of integrated antenna disc and corresponding forming equipment and edge folding equipment. Antenna disc is manufactred through drawing process andthe forming apparatus is one hollow body comprising upper die ring and lower male die. In the same gain condition, the present invention can manufacture antenna with small volume and thus low material cost. The double layer planar folding treatment of the antenna edge can eliminate sharp edge while raising the mechanical strength of antenna. |
