Zusammenfassung: | A fructo-iodine is prepared from fresh persimmon or dried persimmon through washing in water, crushing, soaking in distilled water for 20-48 hr, extracting at 60-80 deg.C for 0.5-2 hr in seal and vacuum condition or soaking in 75-98% alcohol for 20-48 hr and then extracting for 0.5-2 hr in seal and vacuum condition, and filtering to obtain liquid and paste. If extraction with alcohol, they must be heated to remove alcohol. Its advantages are high content of organic iodine, high safety and high stability. |
