Support for colour cathode ray tube frame/mask assembly

The invention concerns a colour cathode ray tube comprising a frame/mask assembly arranged inside the tube, said frame/mask assembly being maintained in position in the tube through support means including a first arm (48) soldered at one first end (53) to the frame, and a second spring-forming arm (46), whereof one first end includes an aperture (55) designed to co-operate with a pin integral with the cathode ray tube glass casing and whereof the second end (51) is soldered to the second end (54) of the first arm, the two arms extending such that their first ends (50, 53) are arranged substantially opposite each other, said support elements further including a tongue (60) integral with the frame and extending towards the end of the second arm so as to be able to traverse said end through an aperture (61) arranged in said end.
