Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude mechanical problems such as the magnitude of the control force of operation knobs and the biting of dust, in a conventional heating cooker and to improve the convenience in using. SOLUTION: Input signals are sent to a microcomputer from a sheet-like operation switch part 8 for operating the operation knobs 2, 3 of the heating cooker, a touch panel type operation switch part 10 and a switching means 12 mounted on a plate-shaped printed board. Whereby the control force of the operation knobs can be reduced though the heating cooker can be easily operated only by setting the operation knobs, and the intrusion of dust between gears, and the impairing of the control of the heating cooker caused by the abrasion of the gears can be prevented.
