The present invention provides a code tracing and de-spreading descramble method in the wideband code division multiple address system, and includes the following steps: according to received multipath phase making rough slippage of PN code phase, using clock slide control and PN code generator 209 to produce local frame synchronization; using energy filtering result of middle channel to make normalization operation of filtering result of early-late energy difference, transferring the result into comparison, decision and multiple confirmation circuit 211 to make comparison, making fine regulation of PN code, finally outputting demodulation data obtained by integration of middle channel. Said invention also provides an equipment for implementing the above-mentioned method.
