Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite material which is capable of forming a laminated chip part or a core which is high in density and has small temperature characteristics, without the use of additives. SOLUTION: This Fe-Ni-Cu-Zn-Mg ferrite material contains 300 to 900 ppm of a sulfur component in terms of S, 100 ppm or lower of chlorine component, in terms of Cl in the stage of raw material. Sulfur content of the sintered ferrite body is 100 ppm or lower in terms of S, and the chlorine content of the sintered ferrite body is 25 ppm or lower in terms of Cl.
