Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to preparation of capsicine self polishing anti-fouling coating material. Its composition includes (mass percentage) hydrolyzable resin 20-35%, dispersing agent 2-8%, silicon dioxide micropowder 15-40%, paint ceramic micropowder (grain size is less than 20 micrometers) 10-30%, natural capsicine (above 50%) 3-10% and organic solvent 15-30%. It adopts the acrylic acid and acrylic ester prepolymer and unsaturated fatty acid and divalent metal alkaline compound to make them produce reaction to synthesize hydrolyzable resin, and adopts the cationic surface active agent modified montmorillonite micropowder as dispering agent and makes the capsicine, silicon dioxide micropowder and ceramic micropowder highly be dispersed.
