Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to preparing and curing methods for preparing a triglycidyl and its derivants, which comprises: a 4-hydroxy aromatic ketone (or aldehyde) compound reacting with phenol to produce substituted a triphenolic compound in acid catalysis, the triphenolic compound reacting with epichlorohydrin to get the triglycidyl and its derivants in base catalysis. The said triglycidyl compound curing reacts with organic acid anhydrides or amines to get the epoxy resins. The epoxy resins after curing has the high glass transition temperature, low CTE, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss. |
