Zusammenfassung:	The present invention is laser impact treating method and apparatus with ice as constraint layer and capable of being used in industrial production. The present invention features that ice is used as constraint layer and that the apparatus has refrigerating system for forming the constraint ice layer, spiral pressing block for constraining the ice layer and locating reference seat for correcting light path. The restraining ice layer and the workpiece are combined tightly to make the sample is well constrained in both axial direction and radial direction. The present invention can realize good laser impact owing to that the ice has less energy absorption and thus high synergistic effect. The present invention can constrain well the sample with complicated surface, and the ice is easy to treated after machining. The present invention is safe, can realize impact in several points and for several times, and is low in cost and convenient.
