Producing fuel capable of replacing raw coal by using waste from refining zinc, and method

A process for preparing the fuel instead of crude coal from the residual dregs generated during smelting zinc includes heating tar oil to 90-120 deg.C, proportionally mixing it with calcium oxide, stirring, cooling, proportionally adding said spherical residual dregs, stirring and puvlerizing.
