Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to the preparation process of cationic compounded modifying orgnosilicon emulsion for raising the relaxation and shinkproof functions of fabric. The emulsioin is prepared through re-compounding with cationic emulsifier cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and non-ionic emulsifier alkylphenol erthoxylate, and composite emulsion copolymerization in the presence of catalyst potassium hydroxide with two kinds of silane coupling agents and orgnosilicon monomer to obtain translucent modifying emulsion. The modifying emulsion of the present invention has relaxation and shinkproof functions on fabric, especially protein fabric.
