Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a simulated epitope peptide of MUC1 mucoprotein and its encoding DNA and use, which is polypeptide having one of the following amino acid residue sequences, (1) SEQ ID No.1 in the sequence table, (2) polypeptide of amino acid reside sequence of SEQ ID No.1 in the sequence table through 1-10 amino acid residue substitution, deletion or addition and has the action of inducing production of MUC mucoprotein specific cells and body liquid immune response. While the coding gene is one of the following nucleic acid sequences, (1) DNA sequence of SEQ ID No.2 in the sequence table, (2) nucleic acid sequence capable of hybridizing with the DNA sequence defined by SEQ ID No.2 in the sequence table under highly stringent conditions. The polypeptide can be used as active composition for preparing vaccine or medicament with the action of inhibiting or removing MUC1 expression tumor cells.
