Ceramic tile making process

The ceramic tile making process has the micro powder technology, pattern permeating technology and crystallizing grain technology combined together. The ceramic tile making process includes the following steps: preparing micro powder material; preparing crystallizing grains and glaze grains; preparing melt block grains; mixing the micro powder material, crystallizing grains, glaze grains and melt block grains, and pressing the mixture to form, drying, permeating pattern, sintering and cooling to obtain semi-finished product; and edge cutting, polishing, and antifouling treatment to obtain the ceramic tile product. The crystallizing grains are made through dry pelletizing. The ceramic tile product has rich color and varying pattern similar to that of natural stone material.
