And as an improvement, the invention takes allyl chloride as an initial raw material to react 1,2,3-trichloropropane with chlorine in advance. The present invention adopts solventless manufacturing technique so as to reduce material cost, and TEBA is taken as a catalyst to improve the product quality and yield. |
