Zusammenfassung: | Wheat seedling extraction is prepared through a 12-hour process includes four steps, i.e., washing and drip-drying tender wheat leaf; mechanical squeezing at 3-5 deg.C and elimination of large grainsto obtain green juice; vacuum film or spray and freeze drying, fast heating to inactivate enzyme and collecting refined oil during drying; and extraction or distillation of extruded solid matter and collection of refined oil. The process of the present invention is simple and practical and the produced green powder and refined oil may be mixed with proper amount of edible starch to produce various forms. Being scented, sweet and smooth, the product may be used widely in various health food products. |
