Zusammenfassung:	A production method of high-selenium low-cholesterol and low-fat poultry egg and meat includes the following steps: 1. adding selenium-containing substance to the compound biological preparation formed from microzyme, lactics and photosynthesis bacterium; 2. fermenting and culturing the product obtained by step 1 to obtain the compound feed additive; and 3. adding the above-mentioned compound feed additive to the complete-value feed to raise poultry so as to implement the said invention.
