| Zusammenfassung: | Isoaryl amide, amino acid and alkali are subjected to reaction in solvent, amino acid is first converted by alkali into salt of amino acid, the salt and isoaryl amide then are subjected to exchange reaction to produce salt of isoaryl acylated amino, which is finally acidified by acid into isoaryl acylated amino acid. The process has mild reaction condition, simple operation, wide adaptability andhigh yield, so that the present invention provides one way of producing isoaryl amide compounds containing both aryl and amino acid. |
