Method for mfg. sandwich structure light wt. wall plate and its inner layer mixed mortar

A light wall slab with sandwich structure is composed of two surface layers and sandwich layer. Said surface layer is made up of cement, fibre, sand and water through mixing and solidification. Said sandwith layer is made up of flame-retarding pre-foamed polystyrene particles, cement, sand and water through mixing and solidification. Its advantages include: light weight, low cost, moist and fire resistance, and thermal and audio insulation. A process for preparing the motar of sandwich layer is also disclosed for high adhesion between polystyrene particles and cement mortar.
