Asphalt copolyolefines compound material and preparation process thereof

The production method of asphalt copolymer olefine composite material includes the following steps: adding thermoplastic elastomer containing conjugated double bonds to petroleum asphalt, at the sametime adding polymeric crosslinking agent, organic peroxide and sulfur, mixing at 155-290 deg.C, and adding stabilizing agent and uniformly mixing them so as to obtain the invented product. Said invented composite material improves the heat-risisting, oxidation-resisting and UV light resisting properties of asphalt pavement and raises its resistance to weathering and ageing resistance, and its mechanical properties, such as toughness, strength, elasticity, ductility, penetration and paving index, low-temp. brittle point and high-temp. softening point are obviously improved. It is applicable topaving and repair of various roads.
