Human translation initiation factor protein and its coding sequence

The present invention discloses a new human protein heIF3 expressed in human dendritic cells and its coding sequence. The process for preparing said protein and nucleic acid sequence and the method for detecting human helF3 mucleic acid sequence and polypeptide in specimen are also disclosed.
