Continuous casting equipment and method for composite roller

A continuous casting equipment of the present invention consists of an operation platform, a vibrator, a crystallizer, a seperating ring, a crucible, an induction heater, a positioning guide device, a molten steel casting system and a cast billet drawing machine. The continuous casting process of composite roller includes loading the prefabricated roller core inside drucible in to the crystallizer, preheating the core and the crucible by starting the induction heater, casting molten steel for the composite layer to the crucibles, and solidification and compounding of liquid solid inside the crystallizer by drawing the cast billet drawing mechanism.
