Zusammenfassung:	A laminated antistaling paper for grapes is prepared from antistaling agent containing salt of pyrosulfurous salt or dense sulfurous acid, Chinese-medicinal antibacterial agent adn slow releasing agent, and is applied by putting it in bag-shaped chacks of base material, covering it by one or dual layers of basic material and hot or cold pressing. Its advantages include long antistaling period (respectively is 11 deys-3 months at different temp.), high antistaling effect up to 96% or more and less consumption.
