Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed herein is an insulation pipe cover. The insulation pipe cover comprises a body 8 of the pipe cover consisting of two semi-cylindrical pieces and an aluminum foil 10 adhered around the body wherein a binder containing a coating agent in a proper content is incorporated into the body when being formed using a glass fiber mat in order to impart water-repellence to the body, the body is center-cut into the two semi-cylindrical pieces, and the aluminum foil surrounds the two semi-cylindrical pieces starting from one center-cutting plane. Accordingly, the insulation pipe cover can be installed on pipelines that have been previously laid. In addition, since the insulation pipe cover is highly water-repellent by the use of the coating agent and waterproof by the use of the aluminum foil 10, it can be used as a heat insulating material for all pipelines in oil refining companies and industrial processing plants, irrespective of ambient conditions.
