Zusammenfassung: | An electronic beam welder for laminated workpiece is disclosed. An electronic gun is positioned at upper part of low-vacuum chamber. The workpiece is fixed to a rotary bench driven by a motor. A cylinder is at one side under the rotary bench and is positioned under and outside the low-vacuum chamber. The bottom plane of rotary bench is positioned in bottom slot of low-vacuum chamber. A sealing ring is under the rotary bench. The external ring seam is welded by the electronic beam with full-enclosed pass-in surface of workpiece (greater than 360 deg) and open pass-out ring surface is between 330 deg and 350 deg. The start and stop points for next welded seam have a difference of one circular arc angle, at least a difference of 15 deg.and within 90 deg. |
