In a carbonization tower, the refined dilute bittern produced from trona and CO2 gas react to convert sodium carbonate into sodium bicarbonate. Sodium bicarbonate crystal is separated with thickener and centrifuge and calcined to prepare sodium carbonate, the separated mother liquor is used for injecting well and CO2 produced during sodium bicarbonate calcination is returned to the carbonization tower for reuse. The process of the present invention has low power consumption and low sodium carbonate production cost. |
