Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing rolling yoke of starter motor for vehicles in which manufacturing process is simplified to improve commercial production capability of product and adhesion of rolling yoke to improve water resistance and flame resistance, and a rolling yoke manufactured by the method. CONSTITUTION: In a method for manufacturing rolling yoke of starter motor for vehicles, wherein the rolling yoke covers amateur assembly, shaft, stator and brush assembly so that they are installed in the rolling yoke, the method comprises a step of processing waveform calking junction parts (10) on both end parts of sheet type yoke body (1) having a certain thickness; a rolling step of bending the sheet type yoke body passing through the processing step in a cylindrical shape in such a way that the waveform calking junction parts are engaged with each other; a pressing step of inserting the yoke body passing through the rolling step into the core of a punching unit comprising an upper mold and a lower mold (30) having semicircular grooves respectively and a core (40) formed in the center of the upper mold and the lower mold in such a manner that the engaged calking junction parts are positioned on a punching hole (22) formed at the center of the upper mold; and a calking step of uniformly calking the calking junction parts at the same time on an upper part of york body (1) fixed through the pressing step by a punch (50) vertically transferred along the punching hole of the upper mold. |
