Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to nuisance free large-size river crab ecological breeding method. The method comprises: exposing breeding pool in sun after drainage, fertilizing the pool, planting aquatic grass, migrating seashell for mixed breeding, determining breeding density according to a certain quality and quantity proportion, choosing uniform size ,vigorous individual, regulating and controlling the water quality, insuring oxygen content and the slight alkalinity of water pH. The pool has optimal breeding density, crabs are not influenced by disease, and antibiotics is not needed.
