Double-stabilizing starter for fluorescent lamp

The present invention relates to a starter for fluorescent lamp. It utilizes elastic ring and bimetal to form a bistable structure. When the lamp is turned off, it is being in stable state, and when the lamp is turned on, it is started, heated and quickly changed to another stable state to make contact contact and conduct to cool-down, and when it is cooled to a certain temp., and can be quickly returned to initial stable state. Said bistable structure has no intermediate state, is quick in transition speed, and can make ballast produce higher impulse voltage to light lamp tube. Said invention also can be used as temp.-controlled contactor.
