Zusammenfassung:	An elastic air-permeable cloth is composed of low-density high-permeability elastic surface layer and liner, and is made up through fusing rubber and chemical material, stirring, sulfurizing by heating drum to obtain said surface layer, sticking the liner to the surface layer by an adhering equipment, and generating pattern on the surface layer by pressing. On fusing and stirring, pigment powder can be added. Its advantages are high air permeability, good hand feeling, low cost and high productivity.
