| Zusammenfassung: | A process for separating and concentrating formic acid with phosphorus-contained extractant includes such steps as adding said extractant to kerosene, cascade extraction of the aqueous solution of formic acid with the mixed solvent, returning the extracted liquid (water phase) back to hydrolysis reactor, and distilling the solvent phase to obtain the formic acid with more than 85% of mass concentration. The mass concentration of formic acid in residual liquid is less than 2%. The temp of solvent recovery tower is 120-130 deg.C and after depressurized, its temp is lowered to 90-100 deg.C, so saving energy. |
