Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a reduction type foaming agent for ladle refining furnace. Said reduction type foaming agent contains (wt%) 40-70% of CaO, 5-15% of CaCO3, 3-10% of MgCO3, 2-8% of SiO2, 0-15% of CaC2, 0-15% of SiC and 2-8% of C powder, in which CaC2+SiC is greater than or equal to 5%, and the rest is impurity. In the course of ladle refining the foaming agent is added in batches, and the total quantity of its addition is 2-5 kg/t.s. Said foaming agent can implement whole submerged-arc operation of ladle refining process, can save electric consumption and electrode consumption,and can prolong the service life of ladle and can prevent environmental pollution. |
