A method for generating the signature and check path of form is disclosed. Said path includes the authentication document of applying stuff member, the authentication document of signing and checkingstuff member and signature and checking sequence. Said method includes such steps as providing a basic flow path table including more records, each containing the authentication document of applying stuff member and more authentication documents of other stuff members in same stratum as the applying ones, providing path deciding rules, and generating the signature and check path based on said basic flow path table and deciding rules.
