Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to the field of chemical engineering technology. Tolyl sulfonic acid, trihydroxymethyl propane or pentaerythritol, and 2,2-dihydroxy propionic acid are first made to produce esterification, and after adding toluene, distillation, vacuum drying and finally ring-opening reaction, the superbranched polyol is obtained. The cation UV photocuring system consists of superbranched polyol with flexible long chain as chain transfer agent as well as photosensitive acid-generating matter, sensitizer, photosensitive resin and additive. The superbranched polyol of the present invention has the features of high branching degree, low viscosity, high activity and good compatibility, and can raise the flexibility and shock-resistance of cured product when applied to cation photocuring system. |
