Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a calcium sugar and its production process. Its composition comprises white sugar 700-950 g and calcium lactate 50-300g. The resolubility, pH value and calcium element content of calcium sugar produced by said invention are up to the national standard, and said calcium sugar product also can be used as filler of grain product, beverage, milk drink and baby food,and the resolubility and pH value of the added calcium component are approximate to that of soft sugar. Besides, it also possesses the advantages of high absorptivity which can be up to 30%, and long storage time.
