Process for preparing catalyst and its application in preparing of enester acetate

The preparation method of catalyst loaded with main catalyst noble metal/catalyst promoter metal alkali metal or alkali earth metal compound includes the following steps: on the carrier impregnating the solution oxidation state noble metal as main catalyst and the solution of oxidation state metal as catalyst promoter; using gas reducing agent and adopting gas phase mode to reduce the oxidation state metal into metallic catalyst under the condition of a certain temp. and pressure and with a certain gas concentration; then impregnating the solution of alkali metal or alkali earth metal. Said invented catalyst possesses high surface area and high catalytic activity, and is applicable to gas-phase oxygen acidation process of olefines compound in the presence of acetic acid and oxygen so as to produce vinyl acetate type product.
