Said invention ensures the stability of enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase in the products such as cosmetic, oral liquor, beer and milk, etc. in which the superoxide dismutase is added, and expands the product development and application range, and relatively ensures that the productcontaining superoxide dismutase is not easy to deteriorate in high-temp. process and under the condition of normal temp. storage.
