Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a process and equipment for preparing superfine powder by heating and evaporation. In the condition of inertial atmosphere or reactive atmosphere, the metal or alloy is induction heated while high-power CO2 gas laser or YAG solid laser directly acts on the metal or alloy to speed up its fusion and evaporation. A high pressure and temp gradient is generated near the surface of metal or alloy to speed up the evaporation of molten metal and alloy, resulting in higher output rate of superfine powder. Its advantages are high output and low cost. A dedicated vacuum evaporator heated by both laser and induction is used. |
