Zusammenfassung:	The components of the luminous paint include high-brightness luminous alkali earth aluminate powder 20-40%, acrylic resin 30-50%, solvent mixture 8-12% and sediment-preventing ageng 5-8%. At normal temperature the acrylic resin and solvent mixture are mixed with low speed stirring to prepare acrylic resin liquid, then whilst sediment-preventing agent is added, medium speed stirring to make disperse and crosslink, and finally the alkali earth aluminate powder is added with high speed stirring to disperse and crosslink into the product. After being irradiated by light, the paint may illumine for over 12 hr. It has no toxic component and no radioactivity, and can illumine for long term after repeated irradiation.
