Zusammenfassung:Use of a nanodispersion comprising a membrane forming molecule, a co-emulsifier and a lipophilic component in pharmaceutical products. Use of a nanodispersion comprising a membrane forming molecule, a co-emulsifier and a lipophilic component in pharmaceutical products where the nanodispersion is prepared by: (a) mixing a membrane forming molecule, a co-emulsifier and a lipophilic component to form a clear, homogenous liquid; (b) adding this mixture to the aqueous phase of the pharmaceutical composition without further energy input. Independent claims are included for: (1) solid, semi-solid or liquid pharmaceutical compositions containing the nanodispersions; (2) a matrix- or membrane controlled pharmaceutical application system in the form of an oral-capsule, transdermal system or injectable microcapsule, containing the nanodispersions.
